Mr. Grace is an accomplished, self-directed, and motivated technology executive with progressive operating management experience with the largest fixed wireless network in the United States. He delivers consistently strong leadership results through success in productivity, process, quality, and operating improvements. Producing exceptional results in business, telecommunications, product and software development. Experience ranging from inception to scale of technology businesses.

Kevin has built and sold two ISPs in Texas. He led Nextlink--despite the passing of his partner--from its initial capital formation, business plan, and online strategy to rapid network expansion and customer growth. As a hands-on leader and manager, he planned and constructed the wireless network, architected and implemented the CRM system, and generated rapid growth through the analytical guidance of all sales and marketing efforts. He is a master of data-driven management and strategic decision making.

Kevin directed software systems and marketing at the start-up Unite Wireless. He led the online marketing program, developed CRM and network management systems, and many other systems and processes to enable the company's rapid growth and ultimate acquisition by JAB Broadband. His in-depth technical expertise first manifest itself when he bootstrapped a software company in his garage, and successfully developed and marketed a specialized CRM system for the home security industry.

Mike Field, Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Field is a proven professional with over 15 years of career experience in the technology and telecom industries.  A seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of excelling in strategy, marketing, project management, and business development; Mike excels in working with others to achieve calculated goals and milestones on time and on budget.  Mike’s career has focused on the wireless industry with specific expertise in IOT (Internet of Things) and data analytics.

Mike has started, scaled and successfully exited two tech/telecom companies over the course of his career.  He cofounded Dashfly, a wireless development company that focused on wireless smartphone applications.  He led the design, development and release of Dashfly’s primary software application, Dashfly Minutes and led the marketing efforts that resulted in tens of thousands of application downloads to smartphones on the Symbian and Palm Operating Systems.

Mike then founded Geomoto a GPS Vehicle Fleet Management company.  Over the course of five years, he was able to scale the company to thousands of vehicles in industries including law enforcement, fire departments, pesticide, landscaping and more.  Soon after joining the TCU Executive MBA program in 2013, Mike successfully exited Geomoto.

James Fair, Chief Operating Officer 

James brings over 20 years of financial management, day-to-day operations as well as process implementation experience to the team.  Most recently, James served as CFO of a Commercial Real Estate company and a General Manager of a Global Modular Office company.  In these roles, James was responsible for all financial activities of the Real Estate Company.  He created and implemented a system of Accounts Payable.  James also developed and implemented financial tracking models and developed test cases and proven examples for each property demonstrating performance.

In his role with the modular office company, James managed all aspects of the P&L, Budget and Forecasting for multiple locations.  He was also responsible for training and development of the Sales Team, including training in prospecting, account management, CRM and proposal design.  As ultimate head of the area, James also managed and implemented operational improvements, created and led safety training and safety inspections.  Finally, in this role, James was responsible for many of the Human Resource functions, including interviewing, hiring, discipline and terminations while managing over 50 people.  

In addition to these roles, James has held positions as an Operations Manager, running all aspects of the operations of a Modular Office location, multiple sales positions, and left Texas Army National Guard as a Staff Sergeant, and Assistant Platoon Sergeant.  James was also certified as an Instructor for the US Army.

Dustin Dvorak, Chief Information Officer

Capt. Dvorak is a progress-oriented technologist with a passion for people. He has developed strategic, operational and tactical experience in many military operations and exercises as well as enterprise and military telecommunications, information technology and cyber security. He was educated in religion, philosophy and linguistics at Dallas Baptist University and the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics. He served in the Operating Forces as a Marine Officer - trained in infantry operations and tactics, enterprise telecommunications and foreign military advising. He separated from active duty in 2013 and presently remains in the Reserve Component serving at the rank of Captain.

Dustin has seasoned his values, leadership capability and management techniques through significant roles such as emergency response communications in the Pacific Theatre and foreign infantry and communications advising as a combat veteran in Operation Enduring Freedom. He has served as a Marines Communications Planner for the South American continent and has performed among many roles including IT management, software development and IT policy development in the Energy and Telecommunications industries.

Nathan Ryall, Leadership Team

Nathan Ryall is an experienced and multifaceted Sales and Marketing Director with a demonstrated history of working in Computer Software, Retail Electricity, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Entrepreneurship. 

Graduating from Vanderbilt University's Peabody School in 2005, with a degree in Human and Organizational Development, Mr. Ryall returned home to his fourth-generation family Citrus business in Vero Beach, Florida. After the sale of Ryall Groves, Mr. Ryall then took his handshake business knowledge to Fort Worth, Texas in 2007. Mr. Ryall opened Three Points Resources, a full-service Oil & Gas and Right of Way brokerage, in 2011 while earning his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused on Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business and exited Three Points Resources in 2015.

Since 2005, Mr. Ryall has been involved in numerous startups, won startup & business competitions, and finally pivoted into Software Development full time in 2015, working as the Director of Business Development at Code Authority Custom Software. At Code Authority, Mr. Ryall opened, staffed, and solely developed a Fort Worth office location for Code Authority. Mr. Ryall also managed and developed Code Authority's annual "CodeLaunch" App competition, which incubates software technology start-up ideas. Mr. Ryall grew CodeLaunch attendance and applications, by approximately 270% year over year, and developed strategic company partnerships such as Tech Wildcatters, and Earth Day Texas.

Mr. Ryall is a certified Texas Real Estate Commission Salesperson and holds a Class I Aggregator license from the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
